Quality assurance is critical to our customers.  We work closely with our customers to identify the critical dimensions for the parts that we make.  We then utilize our tools to deliver the best product.

Strict procedures are followed for first article, first piece, in process and final inspections.
Manufacturing operation sheets are kept on all parts to assure conformance from run to run. Inspection information is kept on file for traceability by manufacturing lots and material lots.

Inspection devices, including gauges and measurement instruments, are calibrated regularly.
